Digestive biscuits or crackers, butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla.
Take 10-12 digestive biscuits in a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder.
Add sugar and butter into the fine powder. Stir until well combined. Press powder mixture into springform pan.
Chill crust in freezer for at least 10 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla essence, and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour the filling into the crust. Smooth the top with a rubber spatula. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm for 2.5 to 3 hours.
Ta-Daa! Go, bake your own cheesecake.
