How To Make Super Soft Makhana Dosa
Love Dosas? Here is a unique Makhana Dosa recipe that is so soft and tasty that it will become one of your favourites.
1 cup makhana, 1 cup rava, ½ cup poha, ½ cup curd, ½ tsp eno and salt as per taste.
In a bowl, add makhana, rava, poha, curd, 1 cup of water and salt as per taste. Give a good mix.
Cover the bowl with a lid and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
Now add the mixture to a blender. Add about ½ cup of water and blend to form a smooth batter.
Take out the batter in a bowl and whisk it for 2-3 minutes. This will make it fluffy. Lastly, add eno and mix again.
Now heat a tawa, and grease it with just a few drops of oil. Pour 2 ladles of batter on it and spread a bit to give a circular shape.
Let the dosa cook until golden in colour and then flip it. Cook for just a few seconds from the other side. is
Serve the Makhana Dosa with chutney of your choice and enjoy.
