How To Make Overnight Oats For Weight Loss
Try this overnight oats recipe that you can make the night before and enjoy for breakfast the next day.
This oats recipe will keep you full for long and is also apt for weight loss.
Ingredients -¾ cup rolled oats, ½ cup low-fat milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp honey, ½ banana, 2 walnuts, 4 almonds and 4 pistachios.
In a bowl or jar, add rolled oats and low-fat milk. Use a spoon to give a mix.
Now add honey and chia seeds. Again give a mix.
Chop the banana into small pieces and add to the oats.
Finely chop the walnuts, almonds and pistachios. Add as a garnish on the oats.
Let the oats rest overnight in the fridge and have them the next morning for breakfast.
You can also mix in cocoa powder to give the oats a chocolate flavour or add fruits of your choice like apple, mango, blueberries etc.
