Easy And Quick Malai Rabri Kulfi Recipe

If you prefer kulfi over ice-cream, you must try this recipe of Malai Rabri Kulfi at home.

This recipe is easy and quick, and we're sure you'll enjoy making it.

Milk, sugar, mawa, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits.

Pour milk in a vessel and boil it on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally.

After the milk reduces to 50 per cent of its quantity, add sugar as per your preference. Add mawa and mix well.

Add finely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder, mix them and turn off the gas when milk is reduced to half or less.

When the rabri cools down, pour it in moulds and keep in the freezer for 6 - 7 hours or overnight.

Garnish with pistachios and serve.
