How to do it?

This diet consists of four phases. It begins by calculating your goal weight or true weight based on your age, weight loss history, and other factors.

Attack phase

During the first phase, you consume unlimited lean proteins and 1.5 tablespoons of oat bran per day. Your metabolism is boosted in this phase.

Cruise phase

During this phase, you alternate lean protein one day with lean protein and non-starchy vegetables the next day, in addition to consuming 2 tablespoons of oat bran daily.

Consolidation phase

The goal of this phase is not to lose weight but to maintain it. Avoiding regaining weight is the goal of this phase.

Stabilization phase

The phase is indefinite and follows the same guidelines as phase three, but the rules are relaxed so long as the weight remains stable.
